Mrs. Rustad

I have many years of experience working with young children as both a teacher, substitute teacher, and reading tutor. I hold an associate’s degree in early childhood education and a bachelor's degree in social sciences and education.

Working with children is one of my greatest joys. I delight in their inquisitive nature, remarkable capacity to learn, and sweet character. My goal is to create a nurturing and engaging classroom where students are encouraged to grow academically, spiritually, and personally.

I have been married to my wonderful husband, Michael, for 38 years, and together we have been blessed with four grown children and four amazing grandsons. When I am not teaching, I enjoy baking, gardening, and reading historical fiction.
